Having acquired the necessary skills in our training area your guide will lead you on adrenalin packed, off road tracks and trails to stunning view points over Queenstown. You will get to test the full capabilities of this machine in action and will be rewarded with endless fun, excitement and off road adrenalin rushes with some of the most spectacular views you could imagine. With over 25 years off road guiding experience and top of the range off road buggies you could not be in better hands. The only issue will be how to wipe the smile off your face at the end.

- Price: Please note all listed prices for the self-drive tours are per buggy, not per person and so the units selected is the number of buggies requested.
- Suitability: For self- drive tour options each driver must be at least 18 years of age or older with a full driving licence that will need to be produced at check in.
- Insurance Excess Bond: Each driver will be required to sign a $2000 insurance excess agreement for the vehicle (against a credit card – Visa/Mastercard) at time of check-in, in case of damage.
- Check In: No accommodation pick up is offered with this service as we require all clients to check in at our shop (61A Shotover Street) for 9:50am/ 1:50pm/ 3:50pm to complete the check in process and briefing even if they would like to self-drive to the site.
- Sharing the Driving: Please write if both parties wish to share the driving on the Challenger Tour in the notes section to help with our planning.
- Minimum Passenger Age: The minimum age for passengers on all tours is four years old. Please enter any children’s ages in the notes section to help with our planning.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings up to 10 pax: 24 hours & 10+ pax: 7 days – No refunds will be issued within these periods. Off Road Expeditions reserve the right to cancel or amend any trip due to operational issues including weather changes and terrain restrictions. Stringent safety procedures are observed at all times, however there remains an element of risk. Off Road Expeditions cannot be held responsible for personal injury or for loss or damage of equipment.
